Richland County, MT Transit Development Plan

LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. (LSC) was selected by Richland County to complete a Transit Development Plan (TDP). The final 5-Year TDP will provide goals, priorities, and objectives for public transportation in Richland County, Montana.

Interim Report #1 is available for download and includes a demographic analysis of the study area, an overview of existing services, an analysis of the transit demand, as well as results of a community-wide transportation survey.

Interim Report #2 is now available for download and presents an analysis of transit service options and institutional alternatives, as well as a presentation of the preliminary recommended service plan.
