Description:
The City of Colorado Springs, Colorado contracted with LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. to complete the 2010 onboard survey and boarding and alight counts for Mountain Metropolitan Transit (Mountain Metro). After making several service changes including a scaling back of service and increasing the basic fare on all fixed routes, the primary focus of this project was to collect and evaluate new survey data from Mountain Metro riders and to understand the new travel patterns on a typical weekday.
